Jesus is known as many things: Son of Man and Son of God; Son of David; Savior, Healer, Sanctifier, and Coming King; God Incarnate; Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace; Prophet, Priest, and King; the Author and Finisher of our Faith; the Bright Morning Star.
He’s been called a Revolutionary, an Itinerant Jewish Rabbi, a Feminist, a Socialist, a Communist, a Capitalist, an Anarchist, a Therapist, a Great Communicator, a Miracle Worker, “just another in a long line of Jewish Messiahs,” a Blasphemer, a Martyr-Style Leader, a Community Organizer, a Change Agent.

To me Jesus is the template against whom I measure my life. He is my example. He is more than just a good example.
I am guided by his life. He said, “Students are not greater than their teacher. But the student who is fully trained will become like the teacher.” I want to “know him and the power of his resurrection, sharing his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.”
I want to be like Jesus when I die.
Occupy. Yup. But remember the saying used in NA and AA: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.”
