Friends, I guess I’m not that good at multi-tasking. I have a book project that I’ve been neglecting for far too long, and I must bring the project to completion. I need to postpone blogging for a short while, and will be back some time after I am finished.
Until then, I have a Christmas wish for you.
If you have some nagging problem, something that just isn’t working out, my wish for you is that you would find a solution. And if you can’t find one grand solution, my wish is for a partial solution, even hints at solutions. Those hints and partial solutions will keep you moving forward and give you hope.
Paul wrote, Now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
When I was a young man I didn’t understand this. I knew that faith was important, and that love was important, but I didn’t understand why hope was was on this list. It seemed out of place. So I just sat on it for a while, a long while.
Years later I realized why hope was so important. That was when I lost all hope and wanted to die. I had a plan. I nursed that plan for many months. I learned how important hope was when I didn’t have any left.
So that’s my wish for you at the close of 2012, solutions to nagging problems, to that one nagging problem, and in the absence of big solutions, some small things that will one day add up to a solution.
All the best to you and yours Ron always! All the best on completing your book and we’ll be looking forward to your return to blogging when the time is right for you to do so. Thank you also for your wish for everyone to have hope…..to make it an important part of one’s daily living… I agree!! ♥
I will miss you until you get back but maybe I can catch up on all of your previous postings and find lots of things that will help me process my life for the future….good luck with the book and we will see you later…Johnny
I find that hope brings me through the main struggles of my life. It is always my hope that kindness and love will bring people to understand their misunderstandings and that things can get better.
Word! Same to you Ron and best wishes for your endeavors.
